I have been busy making more Corona Animals for fabrics. So far I’ve made a bunch of Corona Cats, Corona Dogs, Corona Horses, Corona Hamsters, and Corona Bunnies!
Two of the Corona Cats are for sale through Spoonflower currently. I’m waiting for proofs on other designs. I’ll update when more fabrics are available! :)
Hi Everyone! I hope you are all safe and well. It is day 502834023842 of the virus, and I thought I’d share the Corona Cat fabric that I created. It is available for purchase on Spoonflower here: https://www.spoonflower.com/en/fabric/9851540-corona-cat-by-kristinbell Right now they are a bit backed up with orders overall, but Corona Cat is worth the wait. Also, as soon as I get my proofs, I’ll be adding other colorways of Corona Cat including rainbow!!! Corona Cat hopes to keep you safe from the virus.
So, I’ve been taking some computer science classes. My teacher is just great, and she is very funny. In class she’ll say things like “NEVER!!! Pass a class or struct by value! NEVER!” Also, she’ll talk about how her stuff on the bottom of her stairs compares to a sorting algorithm and stuff. Anyway, it is total nerd joke stuff, and I love it! hahaha. So one day I got the idea to make a drawing of her with something she says. Then I turned the drawing into some bookmarks and magnets. I did give some to her, and she laughed. LOL. Plus the TAs seem to like them too. This photo is of one of the magnets. ;)
So, I’m taking my last required graphic design class this term, and we all are putting on a show where we meet people and show off our stuff. We have to give stuff away, so one of my giveaways are stickers. Here are some pics of the stickers I’ve made! Stickers are so fun! I got them printed through #stickermule.
I had to make this, because my parents are big Oregon Ducks fans. They were watching the Ducks WIN today, so I thought I’d poke the Oregon State Beavers and the University of Washington Huskies with this comic. LOL. Feel free to download and print it off to color. It will fit on an 8-1/2 x 11 piece of paper. I recommend borderless printing if your printer can do that, but it isn’t necessary. Enjoy! Go Ducks!
Hey Everybody! I recently made this new brain/neuron fabric and gift wrap! I made a giant brain pillow for my psychiatrist too, and he seemed to like it which was awesome! :) Here are some pics! Also, the fabric, gift wrap, and wall paper are available on spoonflower here: http://www.spoonflower.com/fabric/3713721
Update: I’ve decided to do custom pet portraits! You can find out how to order one at my etsy shop here:
So, I’ve been doing some new drawings on my new iPad using ArtRage, and I made a little video about doing one of the drawings that I thought I’d share. I’m also posting four of the dogs that I’ve drawn so far. :)
This is my newest piece called “Tea with Angelica and Mary.” Angelica Kauffman and Mary Moser have just seated themselves for some tea that they pour from their Saartjie Baartman teapot. Above them is their silhouette of a nameless dead white guy who has apparently posed for Kara Walker.

Here is the second set of swatches that I got from Spoonflower.com. I liked the way the little girl (Celia) one turned out, except that it had a couple of holes in the black where I forgot to color in the image, so I’ve updated that and it should be fixed now. :) I think the playing kitty one is interesting, but I also uploaded another one to see what it would look like bigger. With this one it really becomes more about the pattern, which can be good for some projects! I think the little chicken turned out pretty cute too!!! :) Yay!
I just opened my little store on Etsy and am selling prints of my drawings so far, but I will probably sell some originals there too! I’ve even made a few sales already! Yay! Come check it out at: http://www.etsy.com/shop/ArtByKristinBell
