I went to the eye doctor the other day, and they took pics of my retinas. So, I asked the doctor if I could get copies of my eyeball pics and she said yes! Woot! Here is what my eyes look like with the special device they use to take pics of the retinas. She said my eyes are good, so that’s good to know.
Oh wow! You just got your MacBook Pro Retina and installed CS6 only to discover that the text and icons are jaggy! AHHH! TOTALLY SUCKS! Don’t worry, there is an easy fix. All you need to do is open Photoshop, go to the Help tab and click UPDATES. (I’m including a screenshot).
It will open the application manager which will download and run the updates that are needed. It should update all of your CS6 apps, so they look beautiful and crisp. See the before and after above (note, the png takes away a bit of the crispness). You’d think when you *just* installed CS6 it would have automatically updated everything, but no. Anyway, this is painless and you’ll be happy with the results!
