This pic doesn’t exactly capture the colors. The background is a pale blue and the other colors are quite vibrant! Spoonflower fabric sometimes takes a bit of time to get depending, but they have been shipping pretty fast lately. Plan ahead!

Since I’m organizing my book collection I decided to make a Christmas tree out of books! hahaha. Here it is so far. I might put lights on it too. If I had the patience I’d string popcorn and put it on! hehe

Christmas Ships Project for School

I’ve been working on this design project for my typography class. I chose to do an event series centered on the Christmas Ships that parade up and down the rivers near Portland, Oregon with Christmas lights. This is our 2013 Christmas tree. It has a few Hello Kitties, but mostly it has my Winter collection of Starbucks Bears. :) There are also a few ornaments on it, but not many compared to how many ornaments we actually have! lol. The Winter Starbucks bears also include some of my Chinese New Year Bearista bears. :) Happy Holidays everybody! :)

Kitty Pirate! Eh, Matey?!?

Made this pirate kitty for my friend’s son. His pants are removable. Bit of an OOPS in the fabric placement for the crotch area on the front. Luckily the pants cover it! haha. He’s also got an eye patch (but no eyes) and a bow tie. I hope he enjoys his matey! Arrrggggh!!! :)
