Better Hair Day Poem

at least I have hair!
my face could be uglier, so I guess it isn’t that bad.
at least I still have all parts of my body.
my life is not that bad…sometimes I exaggerate.
I’m going to die someday.
But I’ve done some cool stuff.
At least a few people will care when I’m gone.
It matters to me if I die and if people care.
On some level we matter.
I don’t know on what level in the grand scheme of things.
Here’s what they can say about me:
She was fat her whole life and took up room and made it known that she was alive!

    what cute poem!

  2. Hi Kristin,
You happen to be a beautiful person, inside and out and very creative and smart…that is how I see you! I love your poetry….perhaps I will share one of my poems with you some time. Bon

  3. I think you’re a pretty awesome person. You have a lot of courage to speak out about mental illness and on youtube of all places, being on camera takes courage and speaking about mental illness at the same time. I can’t do it, so I am glad you do it! Have a great day!

  4. Thanks Dustin! :)

  5. Thanks Bon! I don’t really think of my poetry as real poetry…just silly rants :) hehe :)
